Welcome to our Retail Shop. Here is a breakdown on how it works.

FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50

We offer free shipping on orders over $50. For orders under $50 shipping is $7.95 per order. We ship all small packages under 1lb (First Class Mail 2-5 days) and packages over a pound either USPS Priority (2-3 days) or UPS Ground (1-5 days).

TURN AROUND TIME

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.

RETURNS

All plant returns requests must be submitted within 24 hrs of receiving the plants. Plants are living things, so returns must be processed quickly to ensure we receive the plant back in good shape. That being said, if you plant arrives in an unhealthy state please reach out within 24 hours, so we can correct the issue.
