RETURNS

All plant returns requests must be submitted within 24 hrs of receiving the plants. Plants are living things, so returns must be processed quickly to ensure we receive the plant back in good shape. That being said, if you plant arrives in an unhealthy state please reach out within 24 hours, so we can correct the issue.
